Stock Condition Surveyor Jobs are available in a number of our Council / Local Authority clients throughout Wales, particularly in Carmarthen.
Our Client, a Housing Association based in West Wales, are looking to recruit a Mechanical Surveyor on a 12 month contract.
You will have experience undertaking Mechanical Surveys on domestic properties, identifying faults and compiling reports and producing recommendations.
You will have a strong customer service background and ideally have Mechanical Inspection experience.
