Sheltered officer Jobs are available in a number of our Council / Local Authority clients throughout the South West, particularly in Dorset
My Client requires a Sheltered Housing professional to hit the ground running.
Previous experience working with the elderly within a Sheltered Scheme is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive housing management & support service to sheltered housing tenants
- Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to
- To carry out Safety Checks and organise Fire Alarm Drills with all the tenants
- Be responsible for all the Maintenance of the building
- Ability to write a detailed support plan
To provide a friendly and caring service for all tenants living in the sheltered scheme and to develop and maintain a happy atmosphere by organising social activities for the residents
Enhanced CRB check is essential.
