Housing Officer Jobs are available in a number of our Council / Local Authority clients throughout the Wales, particularly in Cardiff.
Housing Officer required based in Cardiff, working 37 hours per week - contract finishes the end of March.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in front-line housing management
- Thorough understanding of tenancy management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to deal with the public exercising tact and discretion
- Able to work on own initiative and as a member of a team
- Able to identify basic repairs and remedies
- Able to visit residents in their own homes and attend site meetings
An Enhanced CRB check and access to a car are also essential requirements for this post.
